Production Planner

Role Description

This is a full-time, on‑site Production Planner role based in Simpang Empat. The Production Planner will develop and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer demand and internal capacity requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating with operations, procurement, and quality teams to ensure material availability, machine loading, and staffing plans are aligned with production targets. The role involves monitoring work‑in‑progress, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting plans to optimize throughput, delivery performance, and inventory levels. The Production Planner will also analyze production data, prepare reports, and communicate schedule changes and priorities clearly to cross‑functional stakeholders.
