Production Planner

Develop and manage production plans aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales objectives and on-time delivery commitments are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 4-week production plans aligned with customer demand.
• Monitor sales order shipments to prevent late deliveries.
• Track and report production plan progress and on-time delivery performance.
• Prepare and present Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall reports.
• Manage order pull-ins and push-outs in coordination with CSR team.
• Provide delivery commitments for late or at-risk orders.
• Monitor demand trends and identify unauthorized changes within lead time using Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall tools.
• Identify material shortages and assess impact on sales, production plans, and customer shipments.
• Prepare 4-week visibility forecasts of overdue orders.
