Production Planner

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and monitoring production activities to meet customer requirements and delivery schedules. The position uses the SAP system to create and manage production plans, monitor material availability, and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on customer demand
• Create, update, and monitor production plans and work orders using the SAP system
• Monitor material availability and coordinate with Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure timely supply for production
• Track production progress and revise schedules as needed to meet delivery requirements
• Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods through SAP
