Production Planner

Job Description
The Production Planner is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources while meeting customer demand, delivery timelines, and quality standards. This role coordinates closely with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales to maintain smooth production flow and minimize downtime or shortages.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
Analyze demand forecasts, sales orders, and inventory levels to plan production
Coordinate with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes
Optimize capacity utilization, labor, and equipment efficiency
Communicate production plans clearly to manufacturing and operations teams
