Planning and OTD
Work and Coordinate with customer service, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Production teams to address day-to-day issues and ensure OTD.
Develop and implement production plans and strategies that meet customer forecasts, inventory targets, and customer delivery timelines.
Create, review, monitor and maintain detailed production plans, often daily, weekly, monthly, for all customers and products.
Review and Analyze production capacity for machine, manpower and materials to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficient resource utilization.
Adjust schedules in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to address unexpected delays, orders upsize, pull in, and other unexpected issues. Triger recovery plan and action immediately to ensure OTD.
Analyze production data (cycle time, lead time, non-value added (process) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Mass production tool life monitoring and triggering for new tooling fabrication....
