Job Description
- Work and Coordinate with customer service, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Production teams to address day-to-day issues and ensure OTD.
- Develop and implement production plans and strategies that meet customer forecasts, inventory targets, and customer delivery timelines.
- Create, review, monitor and maintain detailed production plans, often daily, weekly, monthly, for all customers and products.
- Review and analyze production capacity for machine, manpower and materials to prevent bottlenecks and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Adjust schedules in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to address unexpected delays, orders upsize, pull in, and other unexpected issues. Trigger recovery plan and action immediately to ensure OTD.
- Analyze production data (cycle time, lead time, non-value added (process) to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
