This position is responsible for planning the Santa Clara plant's production for base polyol, prepolymers, formulations, and polyester in conjunction with the production specialists.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain master data of production in the plant (create new products, changes or any modifications in recipes, prioritize resources, etc.).
- Review and maintain the glider to ensure automation of the production schedule for reactors and mixtures.
- Review and maintain the capacity of each reactor and storage tanks to ensure efficiency in utilization.
- Maintain at an optimal level the inventory levels of intermediate and finished products to ensure the production process and meet customer demand throug...
