Production Planner and CSR

Responsible for coordinating production planning and customer service activities to ensure on-time delivery, optimal inventory levels, and accurate execution of production programs in a high-volume, high-mix manufacturing environment.

This position integrates production planning and direct customer support responsibilities, requiring strong ownership, operational discipline, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Provides operational continuity and support in the absence of the MPS or Planning Manager.

Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and supports continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Lean Supply Chain principles.
