Recruit are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our client production team and contribute to delivering exceptional product quality, safety, and efficiency.

The site focuses on recycling post‑consumer plastics and producing high‑quality recycled plastic granules used within sustainable manufacturing. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business committed to environmental responsibility, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Pay Rate £14.00 - £14.50 per hour

Shifts and Hours

• 44 hours over 4 days per week (12 hours shifts including both days & nights)
• 1 hour unpaid break
• Flexibility required during non‑production weeks.
• No weekends (May change as the business develops)
