Job Description
**Manufacturing Associate – 1st and 2nd Shift - Pay up to $23/hr**
**Shift Description:**
+ **1st - 7:00am - 3:30pm**
+ **2nd - 3:00pm - 11:30pm**
**Open Positions:**
**Material Handling - 1st Shift - Pay up to $20/hr**
+ Must have forklift experience
**Wire Prep - 1st Shift - Pay up to $25/hr**
+ Must have machine operating experience and tow motor experience
**Inspection Role - 1st & 2nd Shift - Pay up to $22/hr**
+ Must have quality inspection experience
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ Previous manufacturing, machine operation, or quality inspection experience preferred.
+ Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 pounds.
