Production Operator (Solaris)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating automated test equipment or performing assembly processes of II-VI Laser Enterprise.
• She is also accountable for meeting productivity, quality, efficiency, cycle time, and other KPI targets set by immediate superior and management.

Education & Experience

• Highschool graduate.
• At least 2 years electronics or semiconductors production experience preferred.

Skills

• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing, assembly and/or burn-in/test/ inspection in a clean room environment preferred.
• An understanding of clean room protocol and procedures is preferred.
• Hands‑on attitude, initiative and resourcefulness, a must
• Able to work independently as well as in a group environment
• Must have excellent manual dexterity; able to manipulate very small parts with tweezers and other instruments
