Production Operators & Packers – Sedgefield
£12.90 per hour | Temporary – Ongoing
Imperial Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading food packaging manufacturer based in Sedgefield. Due to increased workload, our client is looking for multiple Production Operators and Packers to join their busy production facility.
We have two shift patterns available:
* Production Operators – 3 on 3 off, 12-hour shifts, 7am – 7pm
* Packers – 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday, on a rotating pattern of 7-3, 3-11 and 11-7
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor production/packing machinery in line with company procedures
* Ensure products are packed correctly and to the required quality standards
* Carry out visual quality checks throughout the shift, reporting any faults or issues
* Maintain accurate production records and paperwork as required
