Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Manufacturing Management & Productivity: Manages production activities at their level to ensure processes run smoothly, maintain productivity, and consistently attend their assigned duties to ensure volume targets are met.
• Continual Improvement: Actively participate in the implementation of process improvement projects, such as EECIP, Bright Ideas, COQ, and other cost savings initiatives in the various areas within the assigned Production plant.
• Environmental, Health and Safety: Actively participate in the implementation and maintenance of Good Housekeeping procedures, investigation of near‑misses and incidents, and ensuring that these are reported and commitment dates for closure of the actions are followed.
