- Manufacturing Management – volume targets are met to meet the production requirements
- Production and Process Improvement – Actively participate in the implementation of productivity improvement projects, as well as cost savings initiatives in the various areas within Se Chem Production Plant.
- Environmental, Health and Safety – Actively participate in the investigation of near-misses and incidents and ensuring that these are reported and commitment dates closure of the actions are followed.
Education & Experience
- High School graduate, vocational course graduate, or TESDA-certified in relevant field
- Experience and background in a chemical industry is an advantage
- Able to operate machines and equipment
Skills
- Basic understanding of chemical handling and industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
