This is a hands-on role where you'll assist machine operators, move materials, inspect parts, and help keep production running efficiently.

**Pay & Shifts**
✅ **1st Shift:** 7:00 AM - 3:15 PM | **$15.75/hr**
**✅ 2nd Shift:** 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM | **$16.50/hr**
**✅ 3rd Shift:** 11:00 PM - 7:15 AM | **$16.50/hr**
**Upon Full-Time Hire:**
+ Pay increases to **$17.77/hr**
+ **Additional $0.75/hr shift differential**
+ **Excellent opportunity to significantly increase earnings through overtime**
