Production Operator, Power (18-Month Term)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and monitor boilers, gas turbine generators, HRSG, tank farm, multiple effect evaporators and other plant utilities systems to ensure safe, stable, and optimized performance.

• Act quickly and decisively to troubleshoot process upsets , identify root causes, and return systems to normal operating conditions.

• Lead and support plant start-ups, shutdowns, equipment isolation's , and handovers with precision and accountability.

• Use SAP and digital tools to document operational data, initiate maintenance work orders, and keep detailed, accurate records.

• Collaborate closely with other operations and maintenance teams to ensure safe, reliable and continuous plant performance.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections, contribute to reliability-centered maintenance planning, and proactively identify improvement opportunities.
