Production Operator

Key Responsibilities

Soldering Operations:

• Perform hand soldering and/or machine soldering of LED components, circuit boards, and wire connections
• Solder LED strips, drivers, heat sinks, and other electrical components according to specifications
• Operate soldering equipment including soldering irons, stations, and automated soldering machines
• Follow work instructions, technical drawings, and assembly procedures accurately

Quality Control:

• Inspect soldered joints for quality, ensuring proper solder flow and connection strength
• Identify and report defective materials, components, or workmanship
• Conduct visual inspections and basic testing of finished products
• Maintain quality standards and minimize defect rates

Production Support:

• Meet daily production targets and deadlines
• Prepare materials and components for soldering operations
