Position: Production Operator

Location: 36 Grant Street, Otterburne, Manitoba R0A 1G0

Hours/Shift: 8.5-hour shift, 40 hours per week, rotational shifts and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all paperwork required for assigned tasks, ensuring proper documentation for Food Safety and quality standards.
• Follow strict manufacturing practices and safety policies.
• Unload and receive bulk ingredients from trucks; accurately and efficiently ship products ordered by customers.
• Perform preventive and sanitary maintenance of the plant, ensuring quality control requirements of ingredients are met at all times.
• Operate the production line, striving to maintain productivity.
• Perform other duties as required.
