Production Operator

We are currently on the lookout for production operators to work out of our Visy Coolaroo Paper Mill. We have positions of both fulltime and fixed term positions across Day and Rotation shift. 

Day shift: 6am starts - Monday - Friday (occassional OT) 

12-hour rotating roster: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 days off

The Role:

Reporting to the Shift Foreman, you will be involved in the monitoring and running of machines that turn recycled materials into paper ensuring efficiency and quality.

What You Will Do:

• Operate and monitor the paper machine and equipment to meet safety, quality and production targets
• Carry out regular maintenance and ensure machinery runs at peak performance
• Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping and environmental compliance
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
