Responsibilities
- Operate the machine according to SOP/Work Instructions.
- Perform and ensure production output according to schedule with correct product quality and specification.
- Keep work place clean and tidy.
- Complies with company rules and procedures.
- Carry out basic maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
- Report any equipment or process abnormality or malfunction to the superior.
- Carry out any production process when necessary.
- Ensuring that the quality and environmental management system conforms to the requirement of ISO9001:2015 & ISO14001:2015.
- Implementation of Safety, 5S & ISO
- Follow all safety procedures & regulations and ensure safe work environment.
- Implement and participate actively in 5S activities for the Department & Organization.
- Support other key strategic 5S programs where necessary.
- Adhere to ISO standards compliance.
