Job Title: Production Operator

Compensation: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Work Model: Onsite
Hours: 40.0 hours per week
Responsibilities
+ Operate batch making equipment, mixers, pumps, and related machinery in accordance with production schedules and safety standards.
+ Weigh and measure raw materials, prepare batches, and ensure high-quality manufacturing processes.
+ Package finished goods into pails, drums, totes, or bulk tanks as per product specifications.
+ Receive bulk deliveries, coordinate transfers to storage tanks, and put away packaged materials following 5S standards.
+ Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and stock checks, maintaining accurate inventory records.
+ Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, maintaining equipment in clean, operational condition.
