Job Summary

Reports to: Line Operations Manager
Direct reports: None
Working Hours: Continental days shift pattern (e.g. 4 on, 4 off) working 12-hour shifts which will also include working weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £37,704.78

Main Accountability

The Process/Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) role directly influences line performance through operating and specific equipment in their zones. Working as part of a collaborative team of PMO’s, the priority is to execute the operational processes in their span of control.
