Direct reports: None
Working Hours: Continental days shift pattern (e.g. 4 on, 4 off), 12‑hour shifts including weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £37,704.78

Main Accountability

The Process/Packaging Machine Operator (PMO) directly influences line performance through operating and specific equipment in their zones. Working as part of a collaborative team of PMO’s, the priority is to execute the operational processes in their span of control and report any issues or defects to the Site Expert & Trainer (SET) in the first instance, progressing to Shift Technicians (STs), Operational Team Leaders (OTLs), and ultimately to ...
