Job Description
Overview
The Plant Operator position is responsible for blending the prescribed raw materials to ensure consistent quality, following the formula(s) and procedures established by the company without deviation. Ensure that all products are produced safely, efficiently, and meet all quality standards as set forth by the company, which is also responsible for Environmental, Safety, and Health compliance.
Responsibilities
Mixer/Line
Daily organization of production line i.e. cleaning and maintenance.
Follow up use of correct labels, lot numbers and administration.
Accurately weigh and measure ingredients, clean, load, operate, and unload mixers, tanks, and other auxiliary equipment.
Operation of the production installations in accordance with the instructions.
Lifting and moving up to 40kg of bags and up to 200kg drums of raw materials.
Production of products in accordance with the mixing instruction.
