About the Role

We are currently seeking Production Technicians to join our team in a dynamic, fast-paced agricultural production facility. This role supports seasonal operations including seed treatment, conditioning, packaging, and plant maintenance.

This is a hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and who thrive in a physically active environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Continental rotation (2-week cycle)
• 12-hour shifts:
• Day: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation:
• 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on
• Alternate weekends (days one weekend, nights the next)
