Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a permanent Production Operator on Afternoon Shift at our Nestle Broadford Factory.
Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, achieving production targets and maintaining a high standard of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
**Main duties of the position:**
+ Participate in safety programs including Shift Risk Prediction/Take 5, Workplace Safety Inspections, defect tagging and key standard routines
+ Follow workplace quality assurance procedures and techniques
+ Complete standard practices/procedures of an operator
+ Share learnings and adopt procedural improvements to reduce/eliminate line loss
+ Complete SAP transactions / Digital Manufacturing Operations administration as required
+ Undertake improvement activities in the workplace as required
+ Maintain a clean and hygienic work area
+ Other duties as required by the Line Manager
