We are currently seeking skilled, qualified and motivated individuals to join the Balco production team based at Bowmans (South Australia).

Responsibilities:

As Production Operator your primary task will be to operate machinery and equipment to assist with the processing, packaging and quality assurance of hay and straw products. Applying mechanical aptitude, you will operate the production line through computer controls and adjust where necessary for efficient and safe hay processing operations.
