The Production Operator will operate high-heat production equipment used in the manufacture of various products in an adverse, hands-on industrial environment. This role involves working at heights of 10–15 feet, wearing a respirator, and consistently lifting 50+ pounds while maintaining strong attention to detail and safe work practices.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate high-heat production equipment safely and efficiently to support continuous manufacturing processes.
+ Work at heights of approximately 10–15 feet while following all safety procedures and using required fall protection as directed.
+ Lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds on a consistent basis as part of daily production activities.
