Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform various production operations, including incoming wafer inspection, Pick and Place (Die Sorter and Manual PNP), and inking.
  • Ensure timely shipment in accordance with the KGD demand report.
  • Willing to work overtime on off days to meet shipment deadlines.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work 12-hour night shifts.
  • Able to support overtime as required.
  • No prior experience required training will be provided.
  • Immediate availability to start work.
  • Male candidates only.
  • Contract: 3 months (extension subject to business needs).
