The Best Connection has a fantastic opportunity to recruit a Production Operative to join an established manufacturing client on a temp-to-perm basis following a successful trial period.

The company specialises in manufacturing wooden structures for a variety of industries and is looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join their growing production team. Full training will be provided for candidates who have basic experience using hand and power tools and are willing to learn and develop within the role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for long‑term work with the potential for a permanent position.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 4.15pm

Pay

  • £12.71 Mon to Fri
  • £19.06 OT after 40 hrs & Sat
  • £25.42 OT on Sun
