We are recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing company in Clacton-on-Sea who are looking for a Production Operative to join their team.

This is a hands‑on role within a busy production environment and would suit candidates with previous factory, production, assembly or manufacturing experience.

The company is looking for reliable individuals who are happy working as part of a team and are comfortable using basic hand tools as part of their day‑to‑day duties.

• Assembling products using hand tools
• Cutting and preparing materials
• Following basic work instructions
• Carrying out visual quality checks
• Packing finished products
• Moving materials around the production area
