Production Operative (segment 2)

Production Operative A Snapshot of Your Day Production Operatives complete a variety of tasks, depending on the area of the factory. Tasks include laying materials into the mould according to process specifications and sequences set out by our Engineers. The materials include glass fibre sheets and balsa wood. Working as part of a team and will involve lots of standing, twisting, stretching, bending and some light lifting, always whilst paying close attention to the health and safety of yourself and those around you. We have 2 key area s of Production within this area of our facility, and you could join any of these fantastic teams! Packing Team As part of our packing team, you'll build state-of-the-art blades to manually pack fibreglass fabric into a mould and infuse it with resin to create fully casted blades.
