Production Operative
Location: Ryde
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Rotating)
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Pay: £13.84 per hour, increasing after 12 weeks
PTemps Isle of Wight are recruiting on behalf of a well‑established manufacturing client in Ryde for experienced Production Operatives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy practical, hands‑on work in an industrial environment and are looking for long‑term employment with pay progression.
The Role
Working as part of a busy production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture and finishing of high‑quality metal products.

- Operating industrial machinery safely and efficiently
- Using equipment such as metal grinders, sandblasting machines and other production equipment
