Production Operatives – Naas, Co. Kildare


Flexsource is currently recruiting multiple Production Operatives for our client based in Naas, Co. Kildare. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established, global company within the agri-food sector.

Key Responsibilities


  • Carry out facility operations including loading/unloading trucks, filling and reclaiming grain ground piles, and general grain handling (up to 20kg bags)
  • Perform basic maintenance and operator care of production equipment to ensure smooth operations
  • Receive incoming goods, verify documentation against shipment records, and check for damages
  • Ensure safe and efficient storage of products in the warehouse, minimizing damage
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, forklifts, palletizers, stretch-film wrappers, labelers, and conveyors
