Production Operative / Labourer

Driver Hire Ayrshire is currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Ayr for a Production Operative/Labourer to join their team with an immediate start available.

This is a hands‑on role within a busy production environment and would suit candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and comfortable carrying out manual handling duties throughout the working day.

Duties Include:

• Palletising products
• Manual handling of 20kg-25kg bags and buckets
• Labelling and packaging finished products
• General plant hygiene and cleaning tasks
• Assisting with production operations as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 07:00 - 15:00

Candidate Requirements:

• Good level of physical fitness due to the manual nature of the role
