Job Description

JDR Recruitment is recruiting for Production Operatives to work for a manufacturing company based in Hindley.

Responsibilities

  • Heavy lifting up to 25kg
  • Operating mixing or filling machines
  • Operating semi‑automated machinery
  • Working to daily production targets
  • Candidates must be H&S conscious and ready to wear PPE and keep their workstations tidy at all times

Shift Pattern

The following shifts are available:

  • 6:00 am – 2:00 pm (Monday to Thursday); 6:00 am – 12:00 pm (Friday)
  • 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm (Monday to Thursday); 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm (Friday)

38 hours paid per week.

Pay

  • Early Shift: £14.01 per hour
  • Afternoon Shift: £14.01 per hour plus £203 lump sum at month‑end if the whole month was worked on the afternoon shift
