Production Operative

E3 Recruitment are looking to recruit a number of Production Operatives, working on a Production factory in the area of Coalville. Operatives will be working towards production targets, on a Rotating Days Only Shift Pattern, on an ongoing basis. Immediate start available and also overtime for those that want it. Permanent contracts are offered depending on Performance, Punctuality and Time Keeping.

What’s in it for you as a Production Operative?

• A Salary of £12.21ph Plus Shift allowance of £89.45 per week.
• Hours of work – 4 on 4 off / 5 on 5 off / 5 on 5 off 11 hours shifts: starting at 6am finish 5pm days only.
• Full training and development.
• OT paid at a premium of 1.5x and 2x.
• 39 hours a week.
• Bonus – min £63.85 to max £97.42 weekly.
