Chesterfield (also commutable to Sheffield, Barlborough, Staveley, Sheepbridge, Dronfield).

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Work as a supportive and active team member within the department
  • Set up, operate and maintain production machines (where trained and authorised)
  • Carry out production processes in line with standard operating procedures
  • Measure products to ensure compliance with quality standards and safe operating tolerances
  • Pack manufactured products ready for dispatch
  • Comply with all Health & Safety policies, risk assessments and safe systems of work at all times, including correct use of PPE
  • Immediately report hazards, near misses, incidents or unsafe conditions in line with company procedures
  • Stop work where there is a genuine safety concern and elevate appropriately
