Job Description

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience to fill a supervisory/managerial role in manufacturing/production operations. The ideal candidate will help set efficiency targets and oversee daily plant activities.

You will ensure GMP compliance, supervise equipment setup, and coordinate production schedules with teams to meet targets while driving improvements and staff development.
