Production Manager/Head- Cluster

Key Responsibilities

1. New Development & Sampling

Understand new fabric/product developments shared by the Design team and prepare development plans
for handloom fabrics and craft-based products. Execute design sampling including yarn selection, graphs, loom setup requirements, jacquard/dobby
programs, and technical feasibility.
Share regular sampling updates and dispatch prototypes to the Design team for approval.

2. Production Planning & Execution

Translate seasonal production plans into cluster-level execution aligned to handloom capacities. Allocate production orders to artisans based on their skill levels, technique expertise, and loom capability.
Manage daily/weekly production progress with focus on delivery timelines as per the season calendar.
