Production Manager – Wire & Cable Manufacturing

The Production Manager is responsible for leading the entire manufacturing operation, ensuring the safe, efficient, and profitable execution of the production plan while developing a high-performance culture focused on operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a strong floor presence, exceptional execution discipline, and the ability to develop people while driving sustainable operational results.

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in wire & cable manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of extrusion processes is required. Experience with Data Cable manufacturing is a significant advantage.
