Production Manager You will lead and inspire manufacturing teams to act in a safety‑first manner and deliver high‑quality products to our customers.
Your role
You are responsible for managing the production operation with focus on Safety & wellbeing, Quality, Customer Service and Costs, ensuring all product lines attain due dates and reduce potential missed customer orders.
You drive development within the department to ensure a cross‑trained team at Production line manager and Operator levels, accounting for succession planning and identification of future leaders.
You carry out regular broad load trend analysis to optimize capacity plans and maintain the optimal level of direct staff, reviewing departmental utilisation & efficiency and identifying root causes of lost productivity.
