Production Manager

We're seeking an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established manufacturing organization. Reporting to the Plant Manager, you'll oversee daily production operations, lead a unionized workforce, and play a key role in driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and employee development.

• Oversee daily production operations, including manufacturing, shipping, receiving, maintenance, and quality control.
• Partner with the Plant Manager on production planning and daily operational activities.
• Review and approve production schedules while collaborating with procurement and planning teams.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
• Process production transactions within the ERP system.
