Production Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the POWER SUPPLY / MAGNETIC production team to implement production activities in accordance with processes and programs, ensuring manufacturing orders (MOs) are completed on schedule and meet requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for production line quality; ensure process abnormalities are handled effectively and promptly, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce end-of-line defects and prevent recurrence.
• Ensure production efficiency and effective utilization of capacity; minimize capacity loss due to improper operations, poor arrangement, or unreasonable use of overtime.
• Oversee the overall production condition, work environment, and production discipline; ensure all qualified and non-conforming products are properly labeled and segregated; maintain a clean and organized workplace and ensure employees follow operating procedures and company requirements.
