• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements to support both the long-term  business objectives and short-term operational goals
• Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines 
• Manage daily production activity to fulfill customer demand, including manpower planning, operator training, performance monitoring, etc. 
• Monitor production to resolve issues 
• Lead production supervisors, cell leaders and direct labor to achieve customer satisfaction and internal targets.
• Develop and maintain work instructions and standardized work. <...
