Overview

As the Production Manager at Julian Electric, you will be responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring the production plan is executed safely, on time, and according to quality and productivity requirements. You will manage production supervisors, team leaders, and operators while coordinating closely with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Maintenance, and Human Resources to maintain a stable and efficient operation.

As a Production Manager, you will report directly to the Plant Manager.
