Job Description

To manage the Co-Pack operation for IPS at our Great Bear site in Rugby. The Production Manager will meet planned volume and commercial targets in accordance with Quality and Safety standards. You will be a role model for best practice at all times and through innovation deliver cost savings and provide support to the site.

This is a full time, permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 06.00-14.00

Key Duties of a Production Manager:

  • Become an ambassador for all Co-pack activities and liaise with customers and clients.
  • Create a sustainable method of communication that links at all levels within the business.
  • Liaise with all group functions to resolve operational day to day issues and plan to prevent re-occurrence.
  • Work with finance dept. to identify areas of spend, reviews and budget compliance/setting.
