Role Overview

Aoki Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production In-Charge to lead end-to-end shop-floor operations at its Greater Noida manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for assembly line operations, sub-assemblies, testing, packaging, dispatch readiness, and—critically—building, managing, and training a high-performing production team.

This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong shop-floor presence, people management capability, and execution discipline in an electric mobility assembly environment.
