Production manager

The purpose of Operations Aggregator role is to oversee production operations with a view to ensure accomplishment of production targets within time & budgeted parameters
Responsibilities
- Develop and support in implementation of efficiency strategies to ensure the plant meets production goals and standards at minimal manufacturing costs
- Plan, organize, direct and run day-to-day production related operations to meet production targets
- Hold accountability for production output and quality
- Ensure adherence to the production schedule and ensure production of output as per the quality standards within the set timelines
- Ensure proper labor, material equipment, facilities, systems, etc. are available
- Maintain a safe production environment
- Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications
- B. Tech/ M. Tech in Production engineering/Mechanical Engineering/ MBA
