WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSABILITIES BE?


  • Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules and reports to successfully determine production requirements.

  • Strive to reduce expenses, increase productivity and to increase efficiency by setting ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.

  • Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.

  • Provide motivation, support and guidance to production supervisors and monitor job performance.

  • Recommend or implement measures to motivate employees to improve production, performance, quality, efficiency and morale.

  • Confer with direct reports and subordinates to resolve worker problems, complaints, or concerns.

  • Communicate any problems or obstacles to senior management.

  • Maintain operations data such as time, production, and cost records.
